This sunny exterior loft was created with flair and style and will appeal to those looking for something a little bit special. As you enter the house you will encounter the kitchen and a wonderful private terrace on the left hand side. The bathroom follows, and the living area is located towards the back of the apartment with the bedroom located on a mezzanine level above this room. This apartment is conveniently located in the Barri Gotic, on Ferran street, right in the centre of Barcelona. A short walk will take you to Plaza Real, a stunning square which is popular with tourists and locals alike, offering a fantastic atmosphere and an excellent selection of bars, clubs and tapas restaurants located under arched walkways.

What we liked the most

  • This totally refurbished home has a serious wow factor. It is absolutely immaculate and beautifully decorated.
  • The best feature of this home is the gorgeous outdoor terrace furnished with a table with four chairs. There are also three colourful lounge chairs where you can sunbathe.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with a great range of top quality appliances including a fridge, an oven, a stove and a microwave.
  • We love the quirky detail of having the bedroom located on a mezzanine level above the living area.
  • This apartment gets plenty of natural light.

Things to keep in mind

  • The sofa bed in the living area converts into a bed.
  • There is no washing machine, but there is a laundromat located a short walk away from the apartment.
