This spacious 110sqm two bedroom apartment is located on Carrer Sant Domenech, in the neighborhood of Gracia. This is considered one of the coolest barrios of Barcelona, well-know for its ‘small town’ feel while still being in the heart of the city. Living in Gracia offers a fantastic qualty of life, with some of the best restaurants, shops, galleries, bars, and markets located within the area. This stunning exterior flat offers two bathrooms, a cozy living area and a fully equipped kitchen, and is perfect for families or couples wanting to live in a safe and well-connected part of the city.

What we liked the most

  • You will love the added comfort of living in a modern apartment which has been totally refurbished.
  • It is equipped with high quality furniture and accessories and beautifully decorated throughout.
  • There is a large balcony overlooking a lively pedestrian street.
  • Bedroom one is large and very comfortable. It has a door leading to an outdoor patio where you will find the washing machine.
  • The modern kitchen is fully equipped including a handy dishwasher.
  • There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one ensuite to bedroom 1.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a sofa bed available in the living area.
  • Both bedrooms are interior, making them silent and peaceful. They both have windows overlooking an interior patio, so they don't feel dark.
