A well-presented two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms located on Carrer Sant Domenech, in the neighborhood of Gracia. This is considered one of the coolest barrios of Barcelona well-know for its ‘small town’ feel while still being in the heart of the city. This apartment is located within close proximity to the lively Plaça de la Vila de Gracia, a picturesque square filled with cafes, terraces and small shops frequented mostly by locals. This modern interior apartment is perfectly equipped to accommodate families or groups of friends, and is ideal for those wanting to live in a tranquil and safe neighborhood that offers a fantastic lifestyle.

What we liked the most

  • The large open plan living and kitchen is comfortable and very well equipped, providing you with a pleasant room where you can relax with your family or roommates.
  • You will love the added comfort of living in a modern apartment which has been totally refurbished.
  • There are two balconies in this apartment, one accessed via the living room and one on bedroom 1.
  • There is a lovely covered terrace equipped with a table with four chairs, where you can enjoy a meal outdoors while enjoying the beautiful views over this charming neighborhood.
  • There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one ensuite to bedroom 1.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a sofa bed available in the living area.
  • This apartment is interior but still gets lots of natural light. It has the added benefit of not receiving much street noise being located facing a courtyard rather than the street.
