This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central hot and cold air-conditioning and electric water heating. The minimum lease for this apartment is 30 days (1 month). You can dry your washing using the dryer or a rack in the balcony. Parking space can be arranged at an extra cost.

Spotahome's opinion

This spacious home spreads over two floors. Downstairs you will find the living area, one toilet, a separate kitchen and a terrace. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them ensuite). This comfortable home is modern and very well equipped, and it enjoys of a great location on Ballester street, in the picturesque neighborhood of Gràcia, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. If you like the outdoors, you will love being within close proximity to Jardins del Turó del Putxet, an extensive park where you can go for a jog, a walk or take the children to the playground.

What we liked the most

  • The spacious kitchen is located as you enter the apartment to the right, and it is fully equipped including plates, glasses, cutlery and other cooking utensils.
  • In the sunny living area you will find a dining table with six chairs, a large sofa, a TV and some shelves where you could store books or take advantage of the space to add your personal touch with some family photos.
  • The living area flows nicely into a sunny terrace, which is accessed via full length glass doors which can be left open during the summer to create a seamless indoor-outdoor flow.
  • You will love having access to the shared swimming pool, where you can sunbathe or dip in for a cooling swim.
  • All bedrooms are exterior and have windows with nice views. Bedroom 3 overlooks the street and bedrooms 1 and 2 overlook the courtyard.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 2 is small, but can comfortably accommodate two people.
