This three bedroom, two bathroom apartment is a real find. It has been carefully equipped to ensure its tenants have a comfortable and relaxed stay, including having top quality furniture and accessories throughout, central hot and cold air-conditioning, a dryer and a dishwasher. To top it all off, this fabulous home is located on Ballester street, in the elegant neighborhood of Gràcia, in a modern building featuring a beautiful shared garden, a swimming pool and parking space. With one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, this apartment is a great option for families.

What we liked the most

  • The living area is elegantly decorated in tones of black and white, and furnished with a large sofa, a TV, a book case, and a dining table with six chairs.
  • Bedroom 1 has access to a nice outdoor patio, furnished with a small table with two chairs.
  • Bedroom 2 has a door providing direct access to the shared bathroom.
  • There is good storage space throughout the home, with every bedroom having its own wardrobe, a separate wardrobe in the hallway, and a kitchen featuring several cabinets to store food items.
  • There is a desk with a chair in the upstairs hallway, where you could set up a home office or a study area.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1 and 3 are small, but both have single beds with another roll out bed underneath which can be put away when not in use to free up some space.
