This one-bathroom apartment is located on Passatge de Simo in the Gracia area of Barcelona. This charming neighborhood boasts a wide range of restaurants, bars, and boutiques all the while maintaining a "small village" atmosphere. The property is a true luxury: from the completely renovated modern interior to the the Sagrada Familia located on the next street over, tenants will be able to fully enjoy everything that Barcelona has to offer with this apartment as a base.

What we liked the most

  • The interior is completely renovated with new furniture. The landlord has chosen wooden pieces to decorate the property, creating a sophisticated feel to the gorgeous apartment.
  • The apartment is very spacious and well-distributed.
  • Gaudi's greatest masterpiece, La Sagrada Familia, is located around the corner from the apartment!
  • Electricity, water, Wi-Fi, and bed linen are included in the rent, so tenants do not have to worry about extra costs.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is not equipped with an oven, but it has all other amenities such as a microwave and coffee machine.
