This modern three bedroom, three bathroom apartment is perfect for families, featuring one double room and two twin rooms. It has two floors, with the living room, the kitchen, bedroom 1 and one bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. One of the nicest features of this apartment is having access to a lovely shared swimming pool within the apartment complex, allowing you to step outside for a refreshing swim on those hot Barcelona summer days. Located on Ballester street, in upscale Gràcia, a more tranquil neighborhood than other central districts. There is still plenty to do within this friendly neighborhood, with many plazas, bars, theatres and restaurants buzzing alive day and night.

What we liked the most

  • The sunny living area opens up to a lovely private terrace beautifully decorated with plants.
  • There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment, with a wardrobe on each bedroom, storage cabinets in the kitchen, and a large shelving unit in the living area where you could keep your books.
  • The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances including a handy dishwasher.
  • There are three fully equipped bathrooms within the apartment, allowing each bedroom to have access to their own one.
  • All bedrooms have nice views, with rooms 1 and 2 overlooking the courtyard with the swimming pool, and bedroom 3 overlooking the street.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1 and 3 are small, but they both have single beds with roll out beds underneath, which can be put away when not in use to free up space.
