This modern three bedroom apartment has a sunny terrace and access to a lovely shared swimming pool. This exterior flat is very spacious and comfortable, extending over two floors, with the kitchen, living area and one toilet downstairs and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. It is located on Ballester street, in the friendly neighborhood of Gràcia, very close to the stunning Jardins del Turó del Putxet where you can enjoy of some fantastic panoramic views over the city. This gorgeous home is perfect for families or groups of friends travelling to Barcelona together and looking for superior accommodation in a sought-after neighborhood, within close proximity to public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is equipped with a good range of modern stainless steel appliances, including a large fridge/freezer, an electric stove, an oven, a toaster and a dishwasher.
  • There is a washing machine and a dryer, so you will be able to dry your clothes fast regardless of the weather.
  • The open plan dinning and living area provides you with a very cozy room where you can get together with the family at the end of the day, share a meal or relax in front of the TV.
  • There are two fully equipped bathrooms in the flat (one ensuite to bedroom 3), and a toilet room with no shower.
  • There is one double room and two twin rooms. All bedrooms are sunny and exterior, and have big closets.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is a good option for families, though it is not suitable for those with small children as the staircase is not fully enclosed.
