This sunny exterior three bedroom apartment with three bathrooms extends over two floors. The living area, kitchen, one bathroom and bedroom 1 are downstairs, and the other two bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. It is beautifully presented throughout and offers central hot and cold air-conditioning. One of the highlights of this home is its sunny terrace leading to a lovely shared pool where you can go for a refreshing swim on hot summer days. This beautiful apartment is located on Ballester street, in the neighborhood of Gràcia, very close to the stunning Jardins del Turó del Putxet and well-connected by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • The living area is beautifully presented, with one wall painted bright purple, contrasting nicely with the white furniture used to decorate the room.
  • The spacious kitchen will provide you with a comfortable space to cook your meals.
  • There is a small table with two chairs by the kitchen where you can have breakfast or a quick meal on the go. Alternatively there is a large dining table in the living area for a more formal sit-down meal, or you can take advantage of the outdoor table on the terrace for an al-fresco meal.
  • There are three fully equipped bathrooms, all featuring a bathtub, a toilet, a sink and a bidet.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is a good option for families, with one double room and two twin rooms, though it is not suitable for those with small children as the staircase is not fully enclosed.
