Spotahome is proud to present a modern and stylishly furnished two bedroom apartment in the Barri Gòtic neighborhood of beautiful Barcelona. Situated on Carrer del Pi this apartment is available to rent in its entirety and is quite close to the beach, as it is less than a 30 minute walk. Both rooms are fully furnished with every amenity one would need in order to have a comfortable stay while in Barcelona. Bedroom 1 features twin beds, large standalone wardrobe and great lighting. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, desk for your studies or work, and a chest of drawers. The living room is quite spacious and has cozy furniture and features a television and two plush sofas. The living room also has access to the balcony of the flat and has a nice view of the great architecture of the street. The kitchen is also fully equipped and has a dishwasher, a great amenity to have, as well as a washing machine, that serves as a dryer as well. The floor area of this apartment is 92m2.

What we liked the most

  • The balcony of this apartment allows for great second floor views of the surrounding neighborhood.
  • The windows are double pane and makes the flat nice and peaceful.
  • The flat comes with central AC and heating, perfect for any season of the year.
  • The bathroom has modern amenities and stylish decor.
  • The washing machine serves as a dryer too, a rare amenity in Barcelona.
  • The closet in the main bedroom is a walk-in and ensures you will have space for all of your belongings.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is not equipped with an oven.
  • Currently the elevator is not in working condition, but should be repaired soon.
