This modern three bedroom, three bathroom apartment is perfect for families, featuring one double room and two twin rooms. It has two floors, with the living room, the kitchen, bedroom 1 and one bathroom on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. It is located on Ballester street, in the upscale neighborhood of Gràcia, within a modern apartment complex featuring a shared swimming pool. This central neighborhood is located within walking distance to the city centre and though it is more tranquil than other areas of Barcelona, it offers plenty of entertainment options with a range of plazas, bars, theatres and restaurants to explore.

What we liked the most

  • There are three fully equipped bathrooms within the apartment, allowing each bedroom to have access to their own one.
  • There is a nice private patio overlooking the swimming pool equipped with a table with chairs.
  • The kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances including a handy dishwasher.
  • There is plenty of storage space throughout the apartment, with a wardrobe on each bedroom and a number of storage cabinets in the kitchen where you can keep your food items.
  • This home will be cozy all year-round with central hot and cold air-conditioning.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is a good option for families, though it may not be suitable for those with small children as the staircase is not fully enclosed and the pool is not fenced.
