A beautiful one bedroom 45 sqm apartment with one bathroom which is bright and sunny. It is very well equipped with everything you can need for a comfortable stay and has the added benefit of enjoying of a fantastic location on Conde de Aranda street, in the elegant neighborhood of Salamanca. This is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid, being central, well-connected and within easy access to many great shops, bars and restaurants. This apartment is located a few minutes away from the beautiful Buen Retiro park where you can escape the city and enjoy of some outdoor activities in contact with nature.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is bright and sunny, with big windows which let in nice natural light.
- It is very nicely decorated using warm colours and is well equipped with high quality furniture and appliances.
- The living area is a fantastic room where you can relax at the end of the day. There is a TV and comfy sofa, everything you need to enjoy of a great night in watching a movie.

- If you have young children the owner can provide you with a stroller and a crib at no extra cost.
