This warm and welcoming apartment will make you feel right at home for the moment you walk through the front door. It offers a floor area of 45 sqm, one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living area. It is located on Conde de Aranda street, in the elegant neighborhood of Salamanca. This is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid, being central, well-connected and within close proximity to the beautiful Retiro park and the world-renowned IE Business School.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is very modern and equipped with high quality furniture.
- The living area is a warm and welcoming room where you can relax after a busy day at school or at work. It is nice and sunny with a big window which lets in natural light and fresh air.
- There is a TV.
- The apartment is very well suited for a comfortable stay including having air-conditioning and central heating, so you will be nice and cozy all year-round.
