This modern one bedroom apartment with one bathroom is situated on Conde de Aranda street, in the elegant neighborhood of Salamanca. This central area is well-connected to the rest of the city by public transport and is located within close proximity to both the beautiful Buen Retiro Park and the prestigious IE Business School. This apartment has a total floor area of 45 sqm and is well-equipped to comfortably accommodate a couple, a single person or even a young family as the owner will provide a crib at no extra cost.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern and has been recently renovated to a very high standard.
- The pleasant living area is furnished with a TV, a dining table with four chairs and a comfortable double sofa.
- It has a fully equipped kitchen offering a great selection of top quality appliances including an oven, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a coffee machine.
- There is a lovely outdoor patio equipped with a round glass table with four chairs, giving you the option to invite friends over for some outdoor dining.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom has twin beds which can be put together to create a double bed.
