A superb one bedroom apartment with one bathroom, located on Conde de Aranda street, in the elegant neighborhood of Salamanca. This area offers some beautiful architecture and there are many hidden spots to be discovered. You can spend many afternoons just walking around, discovering new coffee shops, going into little boutiques and just taking in the beauty of this neighbourhood. This apartment is located within close proximity to both a metro station and a Cercanías train station, so getting around the city will be easy. The total floor area is 60 sqm.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is very cozy and homely. Every small detail has been taken into consideration to create a comfortable and inviting home.
- There is a sofa bed in the living area, perfect for welcoming visiting friends or family.
- The apartment is modern and equipped with high quality furniture as well as being delicately decorated using white and warm earth tones.
- There is a great selection of appliances available including a TV, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
