A beautiful one bedroom apartment with one bathroom located on Conde de Aranda street in Salamanca, minutes away from the beautiful Buen Retiro Park and within close proximity to both a metro station and a Cercanías train station. This refined neighborhood is well-know for its fantastic range of shopping options, featuring a variety of high-end well-known brands and also small fashion boutiques. There are also many top-class restaurants, cafes and tapas bars to be discovered. The total floor area is 75 sqm.
What we liked the most

- There is a spacious fully tiled bathroom featuring a large bathtub.
