A neat one bedroom apartment with one bathroom, offering a generous floor area of 85 sqm. This modern apartment is very nicely presented featuring a selection of Asian-themed artwork and decorations. It is located on Conde de Aranda street, in the elegant neighborhood of Salamanca which is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid. This apartment is a great option for couples travelling with babies as the owner can provide a crib and a stroller at no extra cost.

- This home is tastefully decorated and offers a very positive and calm living environment.
- The apartment is very tidy and modern, equipped with top quality furniture throughout, including comfortable beds for a good night sleep.
- The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, and has a great range of appliances available as well as good storage space.
- There is a TV.
