This apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building equipped with an elevator. It has air-conditioning in some rooms, single electric heating and electric water heating. The price of rent includes utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating and Wi-Fi), bed linen and towels. There is an optional cleaning service available at a cost of 50€. The apartment has a safe box to store valuables and you can request an electric water heater, a crib and a stroller at no extra cost. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment. Iron and ironing board are also provided.

This lovely attic apartment has been recently renovated resulting in a clean, contemporary living space offering one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing living area. This charming home is located on Conde de Aranda street, in the upscale neighborhood of Salamanca. This is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid, being central, well-connected and within close proximity to the beautiful Buen Retiro park and the world-renowned IE Business School. The total floor area of this apartment is 75 sqm.
What we liked the most
- Being on the top floor this apartment is full of personality, decorated with simple lines, neutral colors and beautiful wooden beams in the ceiling.
- The spacious living room blends in with the bedroom, and the kitchen is located in a separate room containing a dining table.
- This attic apartment has velux windows which let in some nice natural light.
- This apartment is very well equipped throughout with top of the range furniture and appliances.
