Rooms are for rent to women only in a modern, 3-bedroom house in Lucan, to be shared with the live-in landlady. The house has a huge garden and feels modern yet cosy. The shared areas include a large open-plan living and dining room, and a contemporary kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need. The bedrooms and large shared bathroom are upstairs.
Lucan is a town just outside Dublin with its own town centre and lots of shops and other amenities. It is a 40-minute bus ride from central Dublin and there are bus stops just a couple of steps away from the house.
What we liked the most
- The house has been decorated in a contemporary style and has beautiful wooden floors.
- The available bedroom is spacious and has a comfy double bed and plenty of storage.
- There are lots of windows which mean the house is bright and sunny.
- You can easily walk to local shops, and you are just moments away from bus stops with buses into the city centre.
