A bright bedroom with a single bed is for rent to female students in a spacious shared home in Clondalkin, Dublin. The property has plenty of room for tenants to relax or spend time with roommates, and it has a lovely garden with a table and chairs in the back. The kitchen has been recently refurbished and has everything tenants might need, including an oven, a microwave, a stove, a large fridge, a dishwasher, and a lovely table and chairs. The bathroom is clean and modern. In the garden, there is also a washing machine and a dryer for tenants to use.
Clondalkin is a peaceful, residential neighbourhood just to the west of the Dublin city centre. Full of parks and tranquil areas, Clondalkin is an ideal neighbourhood for anyone in search of an affordable, quiet home.
What we liked the most
- The bathroom is right next to the room for rent, which is convenient for tenants.
- The kitchen has been recently refurbished, and it has a very modern look.
- There are gorgeous wood floors throughout the property.
- The living room has a lovely fireplace in it.
- There is a washing machine and a dryer on the property.
- In the garden, there is a large table with chairs.
- Parking is available for tenants with vehicles.
