Rooms are available to rent in a very spacious 4-bedroom house with conservatory and garden between two lovely parks in the Clonsilla neighbourhood. It's a large house shared with the landlady and her son who have their own living quarters. There's a living room with comfortable sofa and TV plus a separate dining room next to the kitchen. The kitchen is very bright and spacious with a very smart oven and microwave as well as a hob for cooking. This property also has a sunny conservatory with comfortable seats for relaxing and enjoying the view over the garden. The bathroom is enormous with gorgeous blue tiling and a walk-in shower. This is a very lovely property in a peaceful district, which is perfect for strolling in the nearby parks.
As well as being on the edge of Hartstown Park recreation area, home to Hartstown Huntstown Football Club, it's just a 10-minute stroll to the beautiful and vast Millennium Park. It's a 6-minute walk to the bus stop to get to the city centre in about 50 minutes. There's a Lidl supermarket 13 minutes away in Blakestown Way and a great choice of shops such as TK Maxx, other clothes stores and restaurants in the Blanchardstown Centre, which is a 17-minute walk via Woodvale Avenue. To watch live sports, play darts or enjoy a drop of Guinness, Salmon's Public House is 7 minutes from home in Mountview Road where you'll also find a takeaway, store and pharmacy.
What we liked the most
- The conservatory is a lovely space for curling up with a book on a rainy day.
- The bright bathroom has plenty of space and a large walk-in shower.
