This 4-bedroom house in Lucan is occupied by a young family and has a charming attic room available for rent. The nicely presented property offers a living area with a television and large open plan kitchen and dining area opening out onto a garden.
The house is located in a cul-de-sac on a lovely residential area a 40-minute bus ride from the city centre. There is a shopping centre a 5-minute walk away where you will find a chemist, hairdresser, supermarket, and a range of other shops.
What we liked the most
- The cozy living area has a fireplace, television, and a comfortable sofa.
- The kitchen comes with all you need to cook and also offers a dishwasher.
- There is a lovely garden where you can dry your washing on sunny days.
- The landlady has a Netflix account and the tenant is welcome to use it.
- You will find a range of amenities within walking distance of the house.
