There are beds for rent in a shared room in this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with garden on Station Close, in Clondalkin. The beautiful 2-storey property has a playroom and a luminous open plan kitchen and living area. The landlady, her family, and their dog also live in the house.
Clondalkin is located approximately 35-40 minutes by bus from Dublin City Centre. The local area offers all the essential amenities, including a supermarket, shops, and restaurants. There is also a LUAS and train station within walking distance of the house.
What we liked the most
- The living area has some comfortable sofas so you can relax and watch TV.
- There is a dining table to enjoy your meals.
- The kitchen has plenty of bench space and is modern and fully equipped.
- The house has parking, and the city centre is a 20-25 minute drive away.
- There is a shopping centre within walking distance.
