There are rooms to rent in this modern 4-bedroom, 2- bathroom house on Riversdale Avenue in Clondalkin with live-in landlady. With a spacious 145 m² footprint, this house has a large kitchen with modern appliances including an oven, and just around the corner a washing machine and dryer. There is also a sunny conservatory, as well as a garden.
The Mill Centre shopping mall is only a 15-minute walk away, and there is also a petrol station nearby. Although this house is located a little outside the centre of Dublin, there is still plenty to do, as the Clondalkin Leisure Centre is only a 20-minute walk away, and 2 golf clubs within half an hour by bus.
What we liked the most
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, so you won't need to spend too much time cleaning up.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- There is a toilet separate from the bathroom for added convenience.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is parking available.
Things to keep in mind
- Although the bedroom and a toilet is downstairs, the shared shower is upstairs. The landlady plans to add a shower downstairs in the future.
- It is a 25-minute drive to the centre of Dublin, or 40 minutes by bus.
