This 3-bedroom house has 2 spacious living rooms, a sunny back garden, and 2 furnished rooms for rent. The landlady is a nice young Irish women and she occupies the 3rd bedroom. The house is modern and stylish, with polished wooden floors and fashionable furnishings.
Blanchardstown is a predominantly residential area, but you will still find everything you need just a short walk or bus ride away. The centre of Dublin can be reached by bus in approximately 40 minutes, but there are plenty of shops close by, including a butcher and a pub. Meat and Guinness, what more could you want?

- There are 2 spacious living rooms, both furnished with comfortable sofas and a television.
- The open-plan kitchen and dining area is bright, and has a large dining table.
- Central heating is installed throughout the house.
- The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and there are buses close by to take you into the city.
- The kitchen is very spacious, with lovely red cabinetry and modern appliances.
- The dining room opens out onto a spacious garden that gets lots of sun.
