This modern three bedroom duplex is stylish and beautifully decorated throughout. It has polished parquet floors, lots of windows and is equipped with high quality furniture and appliances, creating a very polished and comfortable living environment. This spacious home spreads out over two floors, with the kitchen and the living area on the ground floor and the three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them ensuite) upstairs. It is located on Ballester street, in the friendly neighborhood of Gràcia, within walking distance to the city centre, shops, restaurants and the beautiful Jardins del Turó del Putxet, an extensive park with amazing panoramic views over the city. This stylish home can comfortably accommodate up to six people, with one double bedroom and two twin rooms.

What we liked the most

  • You will love the shared swimming pool located within the apartment complex, easily accessed from the apartment via a door in the terrace.
  • The terrace is very private, being fully fenced, and it is furnished with a table with chairs, an umbrella and two sun lounges.
  • The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and will provide you with a comfortable space to cook your meals.
  • There is a separate laundry room where you will find the washing machine (which is also a dryer) and other cleaning equipment.
  • Bedroom 1 is the largest one in the apartment and enjoys of nice views over the shared gardens and swimming pool. It is equipped with a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 are equipped with a single bed with another roll out bed underneath.
  • These bedrooms are interior, but both have windows overlooking an interior patio.
