This sunny exterior three bedroom apartment with two bathrooms (one ensuite) extends over three floors. The living area and kitchen are downstairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, and there is a large terrace on the top floor. This luxurious home is beautifully presented throughout and has been carefully designed with comfort and convenience in mind. One of the highlights of this flat is its sunny terrace where you can sunbathe or enjoy of a meal outdoors. To top it all off, there is also a shared swimming pool within the apartment complex, allowing you to go for refreshing swims on hot summer days. This immaculate apartment is located on Ballester street, in the neighborhood of Gràcia, very close to the stunning Jardins del Turó del Putxet and well-connected by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • All equipment within the apartment is top quality and brand new.
  • The living area is beautifully presented, with two comfy sofas where the whole household can get together at the end of the day.
  • The spacious kitchen will provide you with a comfortable space to cook your meals.
  • There are two balconies in the apartment, plus a huge terrace on the top floor.
  • Bedroom one is the largest in the house, and has its own ensuite bathroom.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms two and three are small, and are equipped with single beds with roll out beds underneath.
