This modern three bedroom duplex is very spacious, spreading out over three floors, with the kitchen and living area on the ground floor, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them ensuite) upstairs, and the terrace on the top floor. This fabulous home is equipped with high quality furniture and fittings, and is beautifully decorated throughout. It is located on Ballester street, in the elegant neighborhood of Gràcia, in a modern building featuring a beautiful shared garden, a swimming pool and parking space. With one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, this apartment is a great option for families.

What we liked the most

  • The living area features two elegant leather sofas, where you can get together with the family to watch a movie on the large flat screen TV.
  • There are two balconies with lovely views over the landscaped garden and swimming pool, one is accessed via the living area and the other one through bedroom 1.
  • The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and will provide you with a comfortable space for cooking your meals.
  • There is a separate laundry room where you will find the washing machine (which is also a dryer) and other cleaning equipment.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 are small, but both have single beds with another roll out bed underneath which can be put away when not in use to free up some space.
  • These rooms are also interior, but have windows overlooking an interior patio.
