A stylish duplex offering three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite), an elegant living area and a modern kitchen. Spreading out over two floors, this spacious home is very well-designed, with the bedrooms located upstairs and the common areas downstairs. One of the nicest features of this flat is having access to a communal garden containing a swimming pool, providing you with a great space to relax, get some fresh air and get to know the neighbours. This exterior apartment is located on Ballester street, in the prosperous neighborhood of Gràcia, only a couple of kilometres north from the city centre.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is practical and well-equipped, including having a large gas stove with five elements and a dishwasher.
  • There is a separate laundry room where you will find a washing machine which is also a dryer, a sink and other cleaning equipment.
  • The stylish living area will provide you with a very pleasant space to spend quality time with your family or have some friends overs for a meal.
  • There is one double room with an ensuite bathroom, and two twin rooms containing a single bed with another roll-out bed underneath.
  • All rooms have natural gas heaters, and there is central air-conditioning.

Things to keep in mind

  • All bedrooms are interior but have windows overlooking an interior patio.
