Spotahome presents this sunny, 80m2 3 bedroom apartment with a balcony available for rent in Barcelona's coveted Gràcia neighbourhood. Situated on Carrer de Berna, this property is in the heart of Gràcia, just 6 minutes from the Jardins del Turó del Putxet. The apartment boasts a refurbished kitchen complete with modern appliances and worktop surfaces for efficient cooking. The living room is an excellent space with a large L-shaped sofa, a dining table and a flat-screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms, two of which feature comfortable single beds whereas the other is a double room. Each bedroom has netted windows to prevent uninvited mosquitos. The property has 2 clean bathrooms, one of which features a bathtub. The nearest metro station is Lesseps which is just 5 minutes away and provides access to the centre.

What we liked the most

  • Tenants do not have to pay expensive laundry mat fees in order to dry their clothes as the apartment comes with its own laundry room which is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.
  • The apartment has a balcony, which is perfect for summer months in Barcelona when temperatures are high.
  • Recently renovated, this apartment comes with state-of-the-art appliances, high ceilings and modern, fashionable furniture.
  • As there are 2 bathrooms, the apartment has a good tenant to bathroom ratio. One of which has a bathtub which is a luxury for such a central property.
  • The property features plenty of storage space, so there is no excuse not to organise your belongings!

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is not in the 'centre' of Barcelona, but Gràcia certainly has its own charm and tenants can reach the centre with public transport.
