A sunny three bedroom apartment situated in a modern building featuring a beautiful shared garden, a swimming pool and parking space. This gorgeous exterior home is set up over three floors, with the kitchen and living area on the ground floor, the three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them ensuite) upstairs, and the terrace on the top floor. It is located on Ballester street, in the elegant neighborhood of Gràcia. This central district is located very close to the town centre, but it is not an area flooded with tourists, allowing you to enjoy of a more authentic Barcelona experience.

What we liked the most

  • The first room you will find as you enter the house is an ample and comfy living area, and the fully equipped kitchen on the right.
  • There are two balconies with street views, one is accessed via the living area and the other one through bedroom 1.
  • Bedroom 1 is the largest one in the apartment, furnished with a double bed, and having its own en-suite bathroom.
  • The sunny terrace is equipped with a dining table with chairs and an umbrella to protect you from the hot summer sun, and there are also three sun lounges where you can sit with a book or sunbathe.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 are small, but both have single beds with another roll out bed underneath which can be put away when not in use to free up some space.
  • These rooms are also interior, but have windows overlooking an interior patio.
