You'll love this modern and comfortable home on the top floor of a building on Ronda del General Mitre in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi. The standout feature of the apartment is the large balcony with spectacular views across the city – but the whole property is very attractive. The interior is modern, and has a cooling, minimal design, that, along with the AC, will provide welcome relief from the summer heat. The apartment comprises (in addition to the balcony) 3 comfortably sized bedrooms, a modern kitchen and living room, which are semi- open-plan, and a contemporary bathroom.

Situated in the north of the city, Sarrià-Sant Gervasi is an affluent and attractive area. It is an attractive area, full of amenities, and has transport connections to bring you quickly to the city centre. From the apartment, you can also walk out of the city, into the foothills of the beautiful Serra de Collserola Natural Park, in 30 minutes.

What we liked the most

  • We might have mentioned the balcony already, but it deserves mentioning again: those views!
  • The contemporary feel of the apartment helps it feel cooler, which you'll appreciate in Barcelona's hot summer months.
  • If the views from the balcony don't do it for you, try the ones from the top of the hill in Jardins del Turó del Putxet... wow!
  • The local area is full of shopping, bars, restaurants and other amenities.
  • You can get into the city centre quickly from either of 2 Metro stations just a couple of minutes from the apartment.

How to book
