There are rooms for rent in this 4-bedroom house with a live-in landlord on Abbeydale Park. in Lucan. The nicely presented property is equipped with central heating and has a comfortable kitchen with a television and all that is needed to cook.
Lucan is located about 30-40 minutes from the city centre travelling by bus, depending on traffic and the time of the day. There is a shopping centre a 5-minute walk from the house, where you will find a supermarket, hairdresser, pub, butcher, and other essential amenities.
What we liked the most
- The house has several large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
- The washer-dryer will allow you to take care of your laundry regardless of the weather.
- There is a range of modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher and microwave.
- The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped.
- The kitchen island provides plenty of space to prepare your food or dine.
- Ballyowen Park is located nearby.
