As you enter this renovated house, you are greeted by the spacious kitchen which connects to the dining room, covered with windows from floor to ceiling. Amenities provided for tenants include a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, washing machine and dryer, and parking space.
Situated just 9 minutes from the Dublin Bay, this house is ideal for students or young professionals looking to share a home while meeting new people. To make your stay in Dublin as stress-free as possible, all utility bills and wi-fi come included in the rental price.
What we liked the most
- The house has a washing machine and dryer, allowing tenants to do their laundry at home.
- The Dublin Bay and the seashore is a mere 9 minute walk. The seafront area, Seapoint, is popular for its beach and bathing areas. Perfect for those who like to live near the water!
