A stylish double bedroom is available to rent in a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Stillorgan, shared with the live-in landlady. The 120 m² property has high-quality, contemporary decor and hardwood floors, and is really quiet, making it ideal for mature or postgraduate students who do a lot of studying. There is a cosy living room and an immaculate, sun-filled kitchen with French windows which lead to the garden.
The house is in a pleasant residential area that is a 25-minute bus ride from the city centre. The University College Dublin is a 10-minute walk away, and you will find the local shop 10 minutes away, and a larger shopping centre within a 25-minute walk or an 8-minute bus ride.
What we liked the most
- The house is beautifully decorated and receives a lot of natural light.
- The spacious kitchen comes with all that is needed to cook.
- The house is peaceful and quiet - perfect for mature or postgraduate students who need to concentrate!
- Another draw for students is the location - just a 10-minute walk to UCD!
Things to keep in mind
- No visitors or overnight guests allowed.
- The kitchen is to be used for cooking and eating only.
- The bedroom and common areas are to be kept clean at all times.
- You will have sole use of large modern bathroom including power shower and bath.
