Spotahome presents this cozy bedroom for rent for workers in a 3 bedroom house in Dublin, located in the upscale neighborhood of Sandymount. The other two bedrooms are currently occupied by the landlady, but the available bedroom offers the privacy of being located on the 2nd floor and having its own private bathroom across the hall. The location of this house does not leave much to be desired, having an incredible view of the bay and being found in a neighborhood where the streets are lined with trees. St. Vincent´s University Hospital and the Aviva Stadium are also found nearby. In addition to the house´s privileged location, it is quite spacious with large windows which allow for a lot of natural light. The cozy atmosphere is complemented with elegant furnishing, which include a mix of classical and modern pieces. All bills come included in the price for added comfort.
What we liked the most
- The luxurious house is fully equipped with its own washer, dryer, and dishwasher.
- The bedroom is next to the complete bathroom and the living room. This bathroom is for the use of the tenant of the bedroom for rent.
- The living room is very spacious and has a window that provides an ocean view.
- In addition to the ocean view, the living room comes equipped with a chimney.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor, so it will require daily use of the stairs.
- Please note that the house has an attic room that is occasionally rented out.
- The toilet room is for backup only.
