There are beds and rooms to rent in this 4-bedroom house on Beech Hill Avenue, in Ballsbridge. The property has a seperate living room, an equipped kitchen, 2 shared bathrooms, and a nice back garden.
The house is located in Ballsbridge, an upscale area of Dublin with beautiful tree-lined streets. Herbert Park can be found in the area, as well as Aviva Stadium, which hosts football and rugby games throughout the year.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is well equipped and has plenty of bench space to cook.
- The living room has a feature fireplace and is furnished with a comfortable sofa.
- The house gets lots of natural light.
- The township of Donnybrook is within easy reach of the house.
- Central heating is installed throughout.
Things to keep in mind
- There is currently no television in the house.
