There are rooms to rent in this stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a live-in landlady in Foxrock. With a generous footprint this house has a large living area and kitchen both of which are well-equipped with modern appliances.
There is a supermarket and pharmacy just over a 10-minute walk away, and there are a couple more shops and restaurants around a 20-minute walk away. Cabinteely Park is also a 20-minute walk away and is a great space to get some exercise.
What we liked the most
- The house is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a washing machine and dryer so you can take care of the laundry no matter what the weather is doing.
- There is parking available at this house.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- This house is spread over 2 floors.
