There are rooms to rent in this spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment to rent on Sweatman Avenue in Blackrock. With a generous 88 m² footprint, this apartment has a well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances, as well as a bathroom with a shower over bath. The private balcony can be accessed from the open-plan living room and kitchen.
The Blackrock shopping centre is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are also several bars and restaurants nearby. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, as is Blackrock Park. If you explore a little further away, you will find the Stillorgan Obelisk, and the Boostertown Nature Reserve.
What we liked the most
- The large living room is a great place to relax with your flatmates.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- Each room has a large window to let in lots of natural light.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- University College Dublin is only a 10-minute drive away.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is heating, there is no AC.
