Spotahome's opinion

This modern 6-bedroom apartment is located high up on the 7th floor of the apartment block and therefore has stunning views from many of the rooms. Entering the apartment you're greeted by hard floors and a clean entrance hall with desk. Directly in front of you is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with huge fridge, storage space and attached laundry room. The bathrooms in this apartment are new and spotlessly clean! This is the perfect apartment for students.

The Algiros neighbourhood is full of amenities and things to do, from the general hospital only a short walk away, to the huge number of bars and cafes that surround the apartment. The nearest supermarket is Mercadona on Carrer de Campoamor, a short walk away, but if you fancy eating out why not try the Peter Rock Restaurante for Amercian and Spanish style food served until late. The Universitat Politècnica de Valencia is only a 15-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • There's a fantastic view from the private balcony, plus space to sit and relax!
  • The kitchen is huge; there's plenty of space for delicious home cooking
  • There are hard floors throughout the apartment, making it easy to keep clean
  • The desk by the entrance would be perfect for keeping keys, shoes, jackets etc.
