Spotahome's opinion
This brightly-decorated 5-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the Algirós district, which is popular with students and families. There is a shared kitchen with a microwave, stove and oven plus lots of cupboard space and a table. Off the kitchen is a little laundry area with the washing machine where you can also dry clothes. The bright colours extend into the bathrooms, both of which have a bath tub. All the bedrooms are well furnished with lots of space. This is an ideal apartment for students to share because it is just a few minutes from the University Polytechnic of Valencia and Valencia University as well as having plenty of supermarkets, shops and bars close by.
Step out of the apartment block and you will see that you are surrounded by bars as well as a couple of fast-food takeaways. There's also a gym opposite and a small park. Just along the street is the pretty Avda de Blasco Ibanez, with trees and park benches running through the middle for a lovely, peaceful walk. You can cross over to the other side of the avenue to walk to the Mercadona supermarket in 3 minutes. Just 1 minute along the street is a little cafe where you can sit outside with a coffee and people watch.
