This 90 m², 5-bedroom apartment in Algirós has rooms available to rent for 1 or 2 people. The rooms vary in size and features, but each comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, and storage space. There is 1 full bathroom to share among 4 of the bedrooms and another that is en-suite. The main common area is the spacious kitchen that comes fully equipped and furnished with a dining table.
Algirós is known as a student-friendly neighborhood but with such a youthful energy is great for young professionals, as well. On Carrer de Campoamor, you are just minutes away from the nightlife area on Avenida de Blasco Ibáñez. If you prefer calmer nights, there are plenty of small bars and tasty restaurants you can spend your weekends. You have plenty of bus and Metro connections nearby, and are also about 15 minutes to several university campuses.
What we liked the most
- Bedroom 1 and 5 have a private balcony
- Bedroom 2 has an en-suite bathroom.
- You are surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants.
- Students are about 15 minutes away from UPV and Universitat de València.
