The interior flat is completely new and fully furnished for comfort: the living room has a sofa and dining table while the bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds that can be put together to create a double bed. There is a walk-in closet as well, so you won’t have to worry about finding space for your belongings! One of the best features of this flat is the terrace, furnished with patio furniture, which will be perfect for enjoying a nice meal. This apartment will make a perfect home for anyone wishing to live centrally and comfortably! With the Estacio del Nord a 10 minute walk, you'll have easy access to other parts of Spain.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is located in central Valencia in the Old Town, or Ciutat Vella, the historical center of the city. You'll be able to explore all of Valencia by foot!
  • The flat has A/C to keep you comfortable during the hot summer months.

You can reach the University of Valencia in just a few minutes by taking the bus number 81 from the Padilla - Music Peydro station. Valencia beach is just under 45 minutes away and you can reach it with the bus number 32 from the Pl. de l'Ajuntament - Barques station. Metro station Xativa, with access to lines 3, 5, and 9 which will take you to the airport, is a 7 minute walk.
