This apartment is bright and welcoming. The shared living area is home to a huge sofa, dining table and open plan kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook. The living area also opens out onto a balcony with a fantastic view! This is a great place to relax at after a day spent studying. This apartment boasts 2 bathrooms, both modern and clean. One even has a bathtub. This is a perfect apartment for students.

Located on a residential street lined with apartment blocks, this apartment is away from the noise of the neighbourhood. On the ground level of the apartments there's various small stores, but if you can't find what you're looking for just head east towards the various restaurants, shops and more located around Parque Plaza Del Cedro. The nearest supermarket is a Mercadona, only 4-minutes walk from the apartment. On your way to the supermarket you'll pass a butchers, sports store and a fantastic tapas bar that you must try!
