A room is available to rent in a modern, stylish apartment in Plaza de Jesús de Medinaceli in Camins al Grau. You will share with the live-in landlords, who have done an amazing job decorating the property. There is a comfy living room with a leather sofa and a large balcony; a very modern and well equipped kitchen, and an immaculate bathroom.

You are in a great location very close to the sea and beaches, as well as the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and the Aqua shopping centre. It's also easy to get into the city centre and the university area by public transport.

What we liked the most

  • We love how clean and well kept the apartment is.
  • It's great to have a balcony to sit out on.
  • You can easily reach the beach as well as the city centre.
  • The landlords have their own bathroom so you'll have the bathroom mostly to yourself.
  • There is free parking and the building has disabled access.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is a chihuahua living in the property. Please be aware, if you have allergies.
