This flat is equipped with everything you would want from your new home, including having a TV and Wi-Fi already installed. Shared amenities include two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living area, a laundry room and a balcony. This exterior apartment with an area of 109 m2 is perfect for those who enjoy living in a comfortable apartment. As current tenants are workers between 25 and 50 years of age, the flat would be ideal for professionals.
What we liked the most
- All bedrooms are secure, having their own independent access keys.
- There is a spacious living area furnished with a sofa, a dining table and a large flat screen TV attached to the wall. In this room you will find a ceiling fan and a hot and cold air-conditioning unit.
- There are two fully equipped bathrooms, both featuring a shower, a toilet and a sink.
- A convenient cleaning service of both common areas and bedrooms is included in the monthly rent.
- There is a separate laundry room, where you will find the washing machine and other cleaning equipment.
Things to keep in mind
- The balcony is fully enclosed, allowing you to use it regardless of the weather, but it overlooks an interior patio rather than the street.
