The interior of this property is cosy yet spacious, with a large living area which is the perfect place to get to know your housemates. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and is complete with plenty of storage space.
Camins al Grau is a residential neighbourhood located to the east of central Valencia, close to the coast. The local area is lively, and filled with bars, cafés and restaurants which are popular due to their proximity to the beach. There is a Lidl Supermarket just around the corner, and Marítim-Serrería metro station is 3 minutes away.
