In Ayora, you will be located very close to several schools, cafes, and a supermarket - all within 10-minutes' walking distance. The Metro station is just a 2-minute walk away and can take you into the city. There are also a few parks, and for night time, some bars, theaters, and nightlife found closer to the coast.

  • There are 1.5 bathrooms, both with large mirrors and plenty of storage.
  • The balcony is very large, with plenty of space to enjoy yourself outside.
  • You are located very close to the Metro.
