There are rooms for rent in this furnished 50 m² 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on Carrer de la Peanya in Camins al Grau. There is a cozy living area with a sofa and table and chairs, and the kitchen has a microwave and full-sized refrigerator as well as plenty of cupboard space.
The Aqua shopping mall is within a 15-minute walk of this apartment, and there are a few shops and restaurants nearby as well. The Polytechnic University of Valencia is also accessible by Metro.

- The living room is a great place to relax outside of your room.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom has a large mirrow, sink, toilet and a shower.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The waterfront is within a half-hour walk of this apartment.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only one shared bathroom.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
- There are a couple of air conditioners but these are not working in any case.
