We love this 1-bedroom beach apartment which is available to rent in Patacona. The apartment has air conditioning and feels bright and airy. It has a spacious, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area; a double bedroom with AC and a balcony, and an outdoor terrace with seating.

You will be living just metres from Patacona beach in the Poblats Marítims district of Valencia. This neighbourhood is known for its chilled out lifestyle and lively beachside bars and restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • You can walk out of the front door and be in the beach in seconds!
  • The apartment is nicely decorated and bright.
  • There is an awesome terrace with a table and chairs to sit out on.
  • Patacona is a cool beachside neighbourhood with lots of up-and-coming beachside bars and restaurants.
